Children’s Harbor Safe Harbor Society Mixer

Children’s Harbor will host a Safe Harbor Society Mixer at Lauderdale Yacht Club to benefit the non-profit organization from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 24. The Safe Harbor Society is actively building a community of “Harbor Keepers,” a team of community advocates ushering in change to enhance the lives of foster children who have been impacted by trauma and neglect.

The event is open to the public. Tickets are $30 and include cocktails, hors d oeuvres and networking. Lauderdale Yacht Club is located at 1725 SE 12th St. in Fort Lauderdale.

Children’s Harbor is a nationally accredited nonprofit agency with a mission to provide a safe harbor and support to at-risk children, youth, and families, keeping brothers and sisters together, strengthening families, and rebuilding lives.
