Cincoro Tequila Dinner at COYO Taco

South Florida’s trendy taqueria and speakeasy, COYO Taco Palm Beach is thrilled to partner with award-winning, Cincoro Tequila for a one night only paired dinner. Held in their intimate back bar, tequila enthusiasts will be able to experience a seated 4-course dinner with exclusive dishes by Executive Chef of COYO Taco, Chef Scott Linquist.

This lush and gourmand experience will kick-off with a specialty welcome drink surrounded by COYO Taco’s signature homemade chips and guacamole. The Master Distiller of Cincoro will also be on site to further discuss the company and tequila making process. The tequilas that will be poured include their Blanco, Repasado, Añejo and Extra Añejo. Chef Linquist will also prepare some never before seen dishes including a Tostadito de Cameron, Squash Blossom Quesadilla and more surprises! Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite here.

Cincoro tequila started by a team of five friends that include Michael Jordan, Celtics co-owner Wyc Grousbeck and his wife Emilia Fazzalari, Lakers co-owner Jeanie Buss, and Milwaukee Bucks co-owner, Wes Edens. Cincoro Tequilas are uniquely made with Weber blue agave from both the highland and lowland regions that have been cooked and distilled separately then artfully blended together into a single exceptional tequila.
