Join Enerzy Exchange Yoga on Saturday, October 19th for our Explore & Refine Your Foundation Workshop with Debbie Curtis Wolff! Open to all levels, this workshop is an informal and interactive class that will cover breath, alignment, postures and their modifications. Debbie will break down each asana and transition of traditional Sun Salutations, while also teaching adjustments and detailed verbal cuing which assists with form.
