Join us on the Belgrove Spa Pool Deck for a peaceful sunset experience combining fluid yoga movement with immersive sound healing.
As the sun begins to set, you’ll be guided through a gentle, all-levels flow to release tension and open the body, followed by a deeply relaxing sound healing session to restore balance and calm the mind.
This experience is designed to help you unwind from the week, reconnect inward, and ease into your evening feeling grounded, present, and restored.
Please arrive at 6:30pm for us to begin yoga at 6:45pm
Mats & water provided.
No prior experience needed just join us on the mat with an open mind.
