FoundCare, Inc. Hosts Senior Health Fair Scheduled for Friday, October 11, 2019
WHO: FoundCare, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center, is hosting a health fair for seniors 64 and older.
WHAT: The Senior Health Fair will feature free health screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, hearing and vision, health-related presentations from FoundCare providers, a healthy cooking class, a chair exercise class, raffle giveaways and information on Medicare benefits and options.
FoundCare is a one-stop-shop, accepting Medicare, and always welcoming new patients. Although the Senior Health Fair is targeting those aged 64 and up, FoundCare serves all ages, from pediatrics to parents and grandparents.
WHEN: Friday, October 11 from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
WHERE: FoundCare’s Health Center located at 2330 S. Congress Ave. in West Palm Beach
WHY: FoundCare, Inc. is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center that offers pediatric and adult primary care, chronic disease management, behavioral health services, dentistry, laboratory services, X-rays, and an on-site pharmacy, all in one location. FoundCare accepts most insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare and self-pay on a sliding fee scale that is based on family size and income.
