Fresh Rx Farm to Table Fundraising Dinner at Lox Farms

Created by Lox Farms’ owner Margaret Duriez, Fresh Rx was founded on the belief that diet can play an essential role in treating disease. The program enables physicians at area hospitals like Jupiter Medical Center to write fresh produce prescriptions that are filled and delivered weekly by Lox Farms, ensuring that patients have access to nutrient-dense produce grown according to organic practices and free from synthetic fertilizers and pesticides. Funds for Fresh RX are raised through immersive farm-to-table dinners which include a private tour of the farm, followed by a uniquely crafted plant-based meal prepared by a top local chef. On March 7th, guests are invited to enjoy an evening of cocktails and a three-course meal crafted exclusively by Aioli using vegetables grown right from Lox Farms.
