Italian Wine Dinner at Bistro 1001

$68Bistro 1001 will host an Italian wine dinner on Tuesday, February 26. This multi-course wine dinner will be hosted by Bistro’s Executive Chef Sidney Semedo. While new to the area, this Le Cordon Bleu grad, has honed his skills at such prestigious locations as the Mandarin Oriental Boston and The Harvard Club before moving to West Palm Beach.
This month’s dinner, a Taste of Tuscany, will feature Ruffino wines from the heart of Tuscany. A different wine will be paired with each course.
Cost for the 5-course dinner is $68, plus tax and gratuity. The event will start with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a seated dinner. Limited seating available. Please RSVP by February 22. You will need a credit card to hold the reservation. Reservations can be made by visiting bistro1001.com/events. Reservations can be cancelled up until 24 hours before the event.
