Kapow! ​Kick start your weekend with a healthy dose of kickboxing on Fridays, 5:30-6:15 p.m., at the YMCA of the Palm Beaches. ​The Y's new kickboxing class​es​ will provide a total body workout that targets core strength and balance for all ages and abilities. Participants will learn kicks, punches, and self defense strategies designed to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, and agility. Pricing is $5 for members and $8 for non-members.
