The ninth annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House Palm Beach returns on February 24, 2026, marking an exciting first: for the first time, the Palm Beach Show House will span two exceptional properties on North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Opening for a month-long run, the showcase serves as the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s signature fundraising initiative, supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County and helping advance essential programs for local youth.
The 2026 showcase will be anchored by 3410 North Flagler Drive, a stunning waterfront residence known as The Intracoastal House, complemented by a second home directly across the street, The Palm Cottage. Together, these two residences will be transformed by a distinguished roster of leading interior designers, each reimagining individual spaces to create a dynamic and inspiring display that highlights both grand waterfront living and intimate residential design.
Since its Palm Beach debut in 2017, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has become a highly anticipated annual event, combining design excellence with philanthropy. The eighth edition in February 2025 welcomed thousands of visitors and raised critical funds in support of both the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County.
Founded nearly five decades ago, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has raised over $33 million to support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club’s mission of providing educational and developmental programs for youth in New York City. The Palm Beach edition continues this legacy locally, ensuring children throughout Palm Beach County have access to the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive.
