National Pizza Day at Josie’s Ristorante

Executive chef Sebastiano Setticasi carefully guards the secret recipes that make his pizzas so scrumptious, including the Rapini ($18), a mouth-watering fan favorite, topped with homemade fennel sausage, fresh broccoli rabe, roasted garlic, mozzarella cheese, and a zesty San Marzano tomato sauce before going into a New York-style deck oven.
