Kick off the new year with Theatre Lab’s New Play Festival January 3-5. Head down to Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton to catch six new productions, including Refuge by Andrew Rosendorf (January 3, 7:30 p.m.); The Night Before by Dan Clancy (January 4, 12 p.m.); Overactive Letdown by Gina Montet (January 4, 3:30 p.m.); The Woods by Jahna Ferron-Smith (January 4, 7:30 p.m.); An Afternoon of Short Plays (January 5, 12 p.m.); and Last Night by Rachel Lynett (January 5, 3:30 p.m.). Tickets cost $15-$20.
