Hecuba
By Euripides
Euripides, the most tragic of the Greek dramatists, offers the sorrowful tale of Hecuba, the grieving Queen of Troy who loses everything. Artfully interpretive and reimagined, Hecuba’s poetic dialogue will stir the mind to examine humanity in a world where war, enslavement, male tyranny and revenge rule the heart. “I have seen the dark and, therefore, I will choose the light.”
