Culinary Customs Collide When Raw vs. Cooked, A One Night Only Chef Showdown Comes to Avocado Grill on Feb 9th
WEST PALM BEACH, FL. – It’s a showdown of the best kind; the one between two Palm Beach County culinary trailblazers.
The dinner, Raw vs. Cooked, will feature chef Joe “Sushi Jo” Clark showcasing his spin on raw foods, paired with award-winning chef Julien Gremaud of Avocado Grill + Avocado Cantina, who will take on the cooked courses during a feast that is sure to make 2021 the best year yet.
The $95 per person event will take place on Tuesday, February 9th beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the open-air space at Avocado Grill (125 Datura Street in downtown West Palm Beach). Raw vs. Cooked will be an Asian fusion, six course dinner taking your tastebuds on a culinary journey in a unique and exciting manner.
