It’s time to celebrate! Ring in the New Year at Waterstone Resort & Marina!
On Thursday, December 31st from 8:30 PM – 1 AM, the four-diamond rated boutique luxury hotel will host a New Year’s waterfront dinner and celebration. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining highlighting Waterstone’s spectacular viewpoint overlooking Lake Boca.
Waterstone has a multitude of space to accommodate both small and large parties, with indoor and outdoor waterfront dining options.
Highlights from the night’s three-course prix fixe menu include: Beef Tartare, Shrimp & Scallop Newberg, Florida Stone Crabs, Rosemary Braised Lamb Shank, Crab Crusted Black Grouper, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Sorbet Trio, and so much more.
This delicious dinner is priced at $175 per person. A 7% tax and 20% service charge will also be added to all parties.
To ring in 2021, DJ Tito will be performing and a midnight champagne toast will make the evening one to remember forever.
