Wine will be flowing while critical funds are raised to help support the collective vision of creating a world without cancer. The highly anticipated event will combine global-inspired cuisine by acclaimed Chef Pushkar Marathe with rare high-pedigree wines\, making this the ultimate event for wine enthusiasts and philanthropists alike. \nThe evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a VIP champagne reception followed by a five-course dinner of the highest culinary renown paired with sommelier-driven wine pairing led by Jon Wine. Attendees will enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to sip\, taste\, and experience Penfolds esteemed 100-point award-winning collection of 2015 and 2016 Grange\, along with the newly released 2018 Quantum. In addition\, guests will celebrate the inaugural release of the 2021 Penfolds California Collection\, which manifests an aspirational continuum of Penfolds past\, present\, and future. \nAll funds raised will aid in finding a cure benefitting The Pap Corps.
