Tuck into National Prime Rib Day at III Forks

Meat lovers can celebrate their favorite cut of beef on National Prime Rib Day, April 27, at III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens.

Executive chef Tommy Nevill will be serving up a 16 oz. prime rib dinner with au jus and III Forks’ famous mashed potatoes for $55.

Probably one of the most popular, and most beloved, roast beef preparations is the prime rib. Also known as a “standing rib roast,” the name derives from the tradition of cooking the ribs “standing” up, with the meat not touching the pan. Roasted in a simple aus jus sauce, prime rib is one of the most flavorful and tender cuts that a bovine can boast.
