“Up In Smoke” Cocktails at III Forks

III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens has unveiled two delightfully decadent “Up In Smoke” libations, available now through April 27.

Using a smoking gun, bartenders will add cherrywood infused smoke to its Smoked Cherry Negroni ($12), and applewood infused smoke to the Applewood Smoked Old Fashioned ($12). The smoke is added to the glass and trapped with a glass lid. The cocktails will arrive with the glass lid still closed, and once delivered, the lid will be slowly lifted.

“Up In Smoke” cocktails:

Smoked Cherry Negroni
Cherrywood infused smoke, Hendrick’s Gin, Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth,
Campari, and garnished with an orange peel

Applewood Smoked Old Fashioned
Applewood infused smoke, 1792 Small Batch Bourbon, Angostura bitters,
simple syrup, and garnished with a black cherry and orange peel
