Wellness Wednesday: Total Movement Bootcamp

Total Movement’s Erika Strimer leads a full body HIIT workout in the Square. Participants will move to the beat of the music while coordinating high intensity movement for a full body sweat session. All fitness levels are welcome. Total Movement Bootcamp will be held the third Wednesday through August as part of the Wellness Wednesday series.
