“Women in High Conflict Relationships”

This ongoing online support group, facilitated by Alpert JFS Director of Domestic Abuse Sara Walsh, LCSW, will meet every Thursday evening, at 5:00 p.m., starting on August 13, 2020 (with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve).
In this safe space, you’ll learn about abuse, power/control, how to identify unhealthy relationships, recognize the characteristics of an abuser, and red flags, as well as set boundaries, increase self-esteem, and practice self-care.
