For a fortunate few, the happiest place on earth can also be home.

Located in Golden Oak, an exclusive and secluded community at Walt Disney World Resort, are the Four Seasons Private Residences, a semitropical new community of unique luxury homes infused with all of the expected amenities and the unexpected coalesced with the magic of Disney.

Safely ensconced in a continuously guard-gated neighborhood, glimpses of the traditionally styled and often multigenerational residences– ranging from 5,000 to 18,000-square-feet–can be seen rising above the ubiquitous leafy hedge rows that line the palm-laden streets. Adding to the ambience of this fun and sun-kissed lifestyle are the old fashioned streetlights that at night cast a warm glow over the pleasant, family-friendly locale. Only the sounds of children’s laughter and tropical birds living in the surrounding wetlands and preserves interrupt the tranquil environment. Yet Magic Kingdom Park is just a few miles away.

A few of the many exceptional services offered to residents via an annual fee are: à la carte services from the adjacent 5-star Four Seasons Resort (every home has a butler pantry with a private access door, an oven warming drawer and refrigerator which allows hotel staff to drop off food and/or laundry day or night without disturbing the family. A locked door inside the home limits access), use of the resort’s kid and teen-friendly swimming pool and lazy river accessed by residents through a nearby private gate, a dedicated Director of Residences for Four Seasons homeowners and membership in the Golden Oak Club, a private social and recreational club including transportation to the theme parks and planned activities limited to Club members.

The Orlando area is served by the Orlando International Airport, Kissimmee Gateway Airport and Orlando Executive Airport for those electing to fly private. For more information contact 407.939.5702, OrlandoPrivateResidences.com/Wishing
