For families looking to take a break from takeout or mix up their recipes on rotation, The Cooper, Craft Kitchen & Bar will host an interactive, virtual cooking class on Wednesday, June 24. Beginning at 6 p.m., executive chef J.P. Van Houten will teach viewers how to make a wholesome mahi mahi dish with artichokes, wild roasted mushrooms, spring peas, and a lemon-caper buerre blanc.
The virtual cooking class will be hosted in collaboration with the Palm Beach Mom Collective in support of the Palm Beach chapter of Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will help the organization mail free books to children in an effort to promote child literacy and the love of reading. The service is essential with children spending more time than ever indoors.
