Halloween festivities kick off this weekend at Delray Beach Market.

Visit Florida’s largest food hall for kid-friendly events including Pokus Pumpkin Painting, with pumpkin decorating with the Pokus Witches (October 23, noon to 4 p.m.), and a Harry Potter Takeover, inclusive of a Horcrux scavenger hunt, an appearance by Harry Potter, and a film screening (October 24, noon to 11 p.m.).

Adults will love the Mean Girls Market, featuring a screening of the movie Mean Girls and a free Grey Goose cocktail (October 27, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.), and Halloween Theme Trivia (October 28, 7 to 9 p.m.).

It all culminates with Halloween at the Market, October 30-31 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The weekend-long celebration will include kids’ trick or treating, face painting, balloon art, and costume contests with cash prizes for kids and adults.

While there, try the new Pumpkin Patch Smash at Central Bar and Mezz. Available through October 31, this combination of Bacardi Ocho, apple cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, and pumpkin puree is sure to get you in the spirit.
