Health News: Fresh Fest

On February 14, South Florida wellness devotees can celebrate a love of health, fitness and holistic living at the second annual Fresh Fest. Founders Branndi Lewis and Kierston Hodges believe health is everyone’s birthright, and this free festival aims to perpetuate healthy lifestyles. The inaugural festival featured 47 vendors, 24 fitness classes and a plethora of activities and attracted roughly 2,000 attendees, and 2015 promises to be bigger and better in every way.
