Kaluz Restaurant

One look at the sleek, modern interior of Kaluz will convince you that Wellington dining has entered a new era. The food at this offshoot of a Fort Lauderdale favorite also delivers with elegant classics such as fire-roasted octopus, Chilean sea bass, cedar plank salmon, and Danish ribs. An eclectic wine list and an inventive selection of craft cocktails round out the experience.

Piatto Bravo

If you can’t marry into an Italian family, pay a visit to Wellington’s Piatto Bravo. Begin with some pristine carpaccio or meatballs, followed by homemade pasta such as short rib ravioli, pappardelle with wild mushrooms, or gnocchi. Main courses include options from veal scaloppini to zucchini noodles. Just like Sunday afternoons at nonna’s, the atmosphere is warm and cozy.
