Joining Douglas Elliman Real Estate’s Boca Raton office is established realtor associate, Karen M. Kennedy. With more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Kennedy specializes in oceanfront, and Intracoastal and beach area homes and condominiums.
Now a South Florida real estate veteran, Kennedy first worked for IBM before making the jump to real estate in 1989, working for Arvida Realty. Following Arvida, Kennedy honed her skills as a waterfront expert at Lang Realty. A savvy negotiator, a masterful marketer, a keen listener, and a dedication to her clientele, Kennedy has earned a reputation as one of the most well respected real estate agents in the area. Her hard work has earned her a number of noteworthy awards, including International Presidents Circle, Diamond Club, Master Producer, Sterling Society, Inner Circle, International Diamond Society Member and a member of Who’s Who In Luxury Real Estate, to name a few.

Outside of the real estate game, Kennedy is dedicated to her community, founding Aqua Pink Water in 2012 in honor of her mother to promote breast cancer awareness.
