All three partners, Thomas J. Sasser, Jorge M. Cestero, and Elisha D. Roy, are board certified by the Florida Bar in Marital and Family Law and all three are also Fellows of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).

All three partners are past chairs of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and have served as president of the Florida Chapter of the AAML. In addition, Cestero is the past president of the U.S. Chapter of the IAFL and Sasser will become president of the global IAFL in 2022.
