The Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort and Spa will awash in blue come April 2 for a special salute to World Autism Awareness Day, kick starting Autism Awareness Month. Partnering with Autism Speaks, the posh island resort will be offering an array of blue-themed fun as part of the Light It Up Blue campaign to help raise awareness and funds for the non-profit.
Along with the front entrance being bathed in blue light on April 2, 3800 Ocean will be doing its part with refreshingly muddled Blueberry Mojitos ($10) and a special Black and Bleu Burger, served with garlic aioli, Applewood bacon, caramelized inions, arugula and tomato ($18). Not to be outdone, SiSpa will be getting in on the Light It Up Blue fun, offering a special 50-minute SiSpa Signature Massage and Rejuvenating Indian Si Scrub for $195. Ten percent of the proceeds from these special “blue” items will be donated to Autism Speaks throughout the month of April—making a difference never tasted or felt this good.
