Lindsay Autry | Executive Chef at Sundy House Restaurant
Though she may be one of the most talked-about chefs in Palm Beach County, Lindsay Autry takes it all in stride. As a Top Chef: Texas finalist and former Michelle Bernstein acolyte, Autry has earned her stripes in the kitchen. A southern girl at heart, she grew up on a North Carolina farm and credits her grandmother, and her Greek heritage, as one of her cooking inspirations. This has created a dynamic flavor combination, with her southern and Mediterranean roots making an interesting twist on soul food.
Autry, who was executive chef of the Sundy House Restaurant in Delray Beach, where her farm-to-table background made the restaurant one of the hottest seats in town, recently had the honor cooking at the James Beard House in New York City for the special dinner “Chefs & Farmers Celebration.” On the Palm Beach foodie horizon, Autry will take the lead in a special farm side luncheon, “Southern Comfort | A Hair of the Dog Affair,” for the Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival on December 15.
