Loggerhead Marinelife Center is holding its eighth annual Lights Out Gala the evening of January 30 at its location in Juno Beach. The gala is a celebration of the start of sea turtle nesting season, when residents along the ocean are asked to turn out their bright lights to protect sea turtles and sea turtle hatchlings.
This year’s theme is “An Enchanted Evening Under the Sea!” The gala will highlight ocean conservation, while images of sea turtles and jellyfish float across the Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s gala structure. Guests will enjoy the ocean-side setting with a cocktail reception, dinner and dancing.
