The Libby Dodson’s Live at Lynn Theatre Series, under the umbrella of the Live at Lynn program, was developed by producer Jan McArt to bring Lynn University and the community-at-large the best in family entertainment, including original and known musical properties, drama, and theatrical presentations of an international and national reputation. Now in its 10th season, Live at Lynn encompasses innovative and entertaining musical and concert programs. Producer McArt is constantly searching all areas of theatre and musical presentations for things that will be educational, inspiring or entertaining for audiences who have a wide range of age and interests. The cabaret reception series immediately following the opening night performances has become the place to be seen and to enjoy a night out while becoming acquainted with like-thinking neighbors and friends.
This year, the series will begin in October 2014 and go through March 2015. Tickets range from $45 for mezzanine seating up to $65 for box seating. The Broadway Boys: Lullaby of Broadway

Enjoy classic songs reinvented and show tunes given a contemporary flare. The Broadway Boys showcase much-loved songs from the Great White Way. Exploring harmonies rarely presented by Broadway singers, the boys add funk, rock, gospel, jazz and folk to create a “symphony of sound.”

Vivien: A journey into the triumph and madness of Vivien Leigh

Vivien Leigh is best-known for her Academy Award-winning roles as Scarlett in Gone with the Wind and Blanche DuBois in Streetcar Named Desire. Award-winning actress, director and Young and the Restless star Judith Chapman captures Leigh’s star quality and frailties with mastery in this one-woman production.
