Families with kids ages 2 to 6 are invited to enjoy a unique and whimsical outdoor story time experience during “Stories in the Garden” this month at Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. During the events, Mandel Public Library’s youth librarians will read stories to children in the two-acre tropical garden sanctuary.
“We are so excited to bring this special series back again to enhance local children’s reading routine surrounded by the serene beauty of the gardens,” said Lisa Hathaway, director of the Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach.
The series kicked off on Friday, November 5, and will continue on November 12 and 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Admission to Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens is free for those who register. Arts and crafts activities will be available to do in the garden or take home. While they visit, guests can tour the garden and see the monumental sculptures.
For more information or to register, please call Mandel Public Library of West Palm Beach at (561) 868-7703 (TTY: 800-955-8771). Space is limited.
