This season’s schedule includes 10 dinners plus two brunches (on Easter, April 17, and Mother’s Day, May 8). The dinners kick off December 12 with a Gauchos Asados Argentine barbecue and continue through the spring, with highlights such as an Evening in a Japanese Pub (January 9), a Tribute to Anthony Bourdain (January 16), a Street Food event (February 6), a “C.B.D.” Dinner: Culinary Botanical Dreams (March 13), and a Food Cultures of the Caribbean celebration (April 24). All events take place on Sundays, and tickets are $165 per person, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting a local charity. Festivities begin with a tour of the hydroponic grow houses and feature multicourse dinners designed by local chefs, with craft beers, wines, and specialty cocktails to match.
