
Ever since Sant Ambroeus opened at The Royal Poinciana Plaza in late 2016, Palm Beachers have flocked to this supremely chic Italian resto for leisurely lunches, after-dinner gelato, and quick espresso pick-me-ups. Now the new Sant Ambroeus: The Coffee Bar Cookbook (Rizzoli New York, $45) is providing devotees with the opportunity to re-create some of that Milanese magic at home.
Slated for release in October, the book contains 75 recipes for light bites like tramezzini finger sandwiches as well as coffee drinks, pastries, and desserts, including Sant Ambroeus’ signature gelato.
