New Seasonal Cocktails at 1000 North

Usher in fall with new seasonal sips at 1000 North in Jupiter. From September 22 to November 30, this waterfront restaurant will sling rich and smoky cocktails with an autumnal edge. Highlights include: Up In Smoke, with Del Maguey Mezcal, ruby red PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, lime and lemon juice, and muddled chili peppers; Black Fig, with Ketel One Vodka, lemon juice, and fig purée, topped with ginger beer and served in a Moscow mule mug; and The Smith, with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, honey syrup, Granny Smith apple purée, and fresh lemon and lime juices, topped with a splash of soda and garnished with a tarragon sprig and slices of dehydrated Granny Smith apples.
