Subterfuge, deceit and murder; all the elements of a great thriller. Margot, married to Tony, has been having an affair with Mark. Tony, knowing this, conspires to have his wife murdered. The crime implodes, with Tony creating an elaborate ploy to frame his cheating wife, only to find the trap set has ensnared him.
Dial M for Murder, a play by English playwright Frederick Knott, was made famous by the king of thrillers, Sir Alfred Hitchcock, in the film by the same name. Starring Ray Milland, Grace Kelly and Robert Cummings, the plot thickens with each passing moment, making for one thrilling and entertaining ride. Curtain Call Playhouse will bring this gripping drama to Willow Theatre at Sugar Sands Park for six showtimes, May 8-17.
