Palm Beach County Medical Society will host the Future of Medicine Summit VIII on October 9-10, 2014, at the Kravis Center, Cohen Pavilion—701 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach. This program is intended for physicians, physician assistants, nurses, researchers, social workers, psychologists, pharmacists and other interested clinicians as well as medical administrative staff and the general community.
The Future of Medicine Summit VIII will feature national and local thought leaders discussing issues with more than 600 of Palm Beach County’s physicians, health policy experts, hospital administrators, researchers, business executives and community representatives. Featured speakers will include: Maya A. Bahu, MD, MBA, who will represent the American Medical Association; Jeff Goldsmith, PhD, renowned health economist; Arthur Agatston MD, creator of the South Beach Diet; and keynote speaker, Michael Snyder, MD, professor and chair of Genetics and Personalized Medicine at Stanford University.
