To accommodate the on-going needs of those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic across Palm Beach County, the Palm Beach Outlets will continue to host Feeding South Florida drive-up food distributions through Monday, August 3. The distributions will take place at the outlets’ Congress Ave. entrance on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. People are welcome to pick up the one-week supply of donated produce, eggs, milk, proteins, and other essential goods. The organization is aiming to serve 1,000 families per week.
“Palm Beach Outlets is pleased to continue our partnership with Feeding South Florida for this much-need food distribution for our community,” says Trina Holmsted, marketing director of Palm Beach Outlets.
Feeding South Florida staff and volunteers will facilitate the weekly distributions. All organizers will follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s health guidelines by wearing gloves, masks, and practicing social distancing.
