On December 11, PB Catch on Palm Beach launched a new lunch service to complement its dinner offerings. Along with raw bar delights, lunch will include a curated selection of PB Catch favorites at lower lunch prices, plus new items by chef de cuisine Kevin Sawyer. Highlights include chilled gazpacho, Caribbean rock shrimp salad, a bistro chicken sandwich, a lobster roll, fish and chips, and pan-seared tuna. Lunch is available Mondays through Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. An afternoon bar menu is available starting at 2:30 p.m.
