House must be furnished. Photos must be professionally photographed (hi-res)

  • *Maximum 15 words or 96 characters*
  • The name of the development or community
  • Name of architect, company name and city location
  • Company name and city location
  • Name and city location, and company name if applicable
  • Country club community, oceanfront, etc
  • Total square feet or living area, please specify which you use
  • Please include a list of notable features inside the home, such as pecky cypress vaulted ceilings or wine cellar or Egyptian stone flooring or private guest suites with his/her bathrooms
  • Please include a list of notable features on the exterior such as loggia area with Saturnia stone flooring or hot tub and custom-designed swimming pool.
  • Realtor name, company, city, phone, website
  • At least six professional, hi-resolution color digital images to include living spaces, kitchen, bath, dining (size 5” X 7” or 800 pixels, and at least 300dpi).
