Pistache in West Palm Beach will celebrate its fifteenth anniversary with à la carte dinner specials May 24 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Current chef de cuisine Mike Burgio will be joined in the kitchen by two former chefs who helped to make the French bistro a local institution.

Chef Julien Gremaud (who worked at Pistache from 2008 to 2011 and is now the executive chef/owner of Avocado Grill and Avocado Cantina) will create a yellowfin tuna carpaccio appetizer and a lobster risotto entrée. Chef Isaac Cerney (who worked at Pistache from 2011 to 2021 and is now the executive chef of the Mariner Sands Country Club) will make a blue crab mezzelune appetizer and a lamb Provençal entrée. And chef Burgio will offer on special a crispy pork belly with smoked grits appetizer and a cocoa-braised short rib entrée. DJ Adam Lipson will also add to the convivial atmosphere.

Reservations are highly recommend and can be made online or by calling 561-833-5090.
