The Royal Poinciana Plaza on Palm Beach will host Pop-Up Patch for Philanthropy benefitting the Cancer Alliance of Help and Hope and accompanying festive events from Thursday, October 21, through Saturday, October 23, in the East Courtyard and Sunday, October 24, in the West Courtyard. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., guests can select among more than 1,000 pumpkins including heirloom, miniatures, and classic of a variety of shapes and sizes, as well as stop by for a photo op at the Stoney Clover Lane Pink Pumpkin Patch.
The the four-day philanthropic extravaganza kicks off on Thursday with Gelato and Jack-O-Lanterns from 2 to 5 p.m. in the East Courtyard. Guests of all ages are welcome to drop by after school to shop pumpkins and enjoy complimentary Pumpkin Spice gelato from Sant Ambroeus. All weekend long, LoveShackFancy will treat guests to apple cider donuts, popcorn, and candy board making classes to satisfy any sweet tooth, from 12 to 5 p.m.
On Saturday, it’s all about the costumes. From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., don your finest Halloween garb for Costumes on Camera and get a picture snapped by Capehart Photography. The pink pumpkin patch next to Stoney Clover Lane lends an adorable backdrop for shots for social media. At 2 p.m., guests with little ones who have donated at the Cancer Alliance for Help & Hope station will be entered to win a child costume participation chance drawing. One lucky little and their parent(s) will win a $250 gift card to Sant Ambroeus. Guests must must be present to win.
The Aragon String Quartet will lend their talents to the Saturday celebration from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the East Courtyard. Visitors are welcome to bring a picnic blanket, borrow a book from the Wee Free Library, and lounge to the sounds of music. Sant Ambroeus will be dishing out complimentary Pumpkin Spice gelato from 1 to 4 p.m.
