Miami Beach-based healthy food destination Pura Vida debuted a sixth all-day café location in West Palm Beach (460 S Rosemary Ave.) this month. What began as a passion project in 2012 for founder Omer Horev has since established itself as a “go-to” dining spot and wellness hub for locals, providing an array of all-day breakfast menu items, superfood smoothies, fresh juices, flavorful salads, wraps and bowls, and gluten-free and vegan sweet treats, all sourced using local and organic ingredients whenever available.
The 2,500-square-foot eatery in Rosemary Square embodies a signature breezy aesthetic that includes a cornerless NanaWall that makes for an indoor-outdoor experience.
“We are so excited about the debut of our West Palm Beach location, especially in such a walkable area like Rosemary Square,” said Omer Horev, CEO at Pura Vida. “This marks Pura Vida’s first cafe outside of Miami and a huge milestone for the Pura Vida brand. We have always had big plans in the works for expansion, and it’s great to see those come to fruition, while continuing to positively impact the local economy.”
Guests will enjoy the brand’s signature all-day breakfast menu, featuring a range of avocado toast dishes, egg sandwiches, and wraps, and Pura Vida’s beloved açaí bowls, made with raw organic Brazilian açaí. Other popular dishes include mango salmon, spicy tuna, vegan lentil bowls, toasted chicken wrap, and the new Jen’s Herb Salad.
“At Pura Vida, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming space, where visitors can enjoy healthy and nourishing dishes, sourced from the highest quality ingredients,” states Jennifer Horev, chief brand officer at Pura Vida. “This year, our brand has shown how strong and resilient we are, and we can’t wait to welcome residents and visitors of West Palm Beach, and the surrounding area into our space to experience what we have to offer.”
Pura Vida West Palm Beach is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Delivery and pick-up are available through the Pura Vida Miami app. For more information, click here.
