Starting July 16, Ramen Lab Eatery will drop new menu items every Wednesday as part of its WTF (What’s the Flavor?) series. The team at Ramen Lab Eatery notes that the series is all about infusing some playfulness into the menu at the eatery, which opened in east Boca Raton in 2017 and now includes five locations (three in Boca, one in Boynton Beach, and one in West Palm Beach). New offerings will range from appetizers to entrées, desserts, and drinks, with each item debuting on a Wednesday and available for just one week. The first item (available July 16-22) is a chicken parm bao bun, followed by a watermelon fresca (July 23-29). Future drops include cold yuzu hiyashi ramen, a pineapple refresher, and beef bulgogi Philly cheesesteak sliders.
