Raw vs. Cooked Chef Showdown at Avocado Grill

Avocado Grill in West Palm Beach will set the stage for a culinary showdown between Palm Beach County trailblazers, chefs Joe “Sushi Jo” Clark and Julien Gremaud, on Tuesday, February 9.

The dinner, dubbed Raw vs. Cooked, will feature six Asian-fusion courses by Clark, who will showcase his spin on raw foods, and award-winning chef Gremaud of Avocado Grill and Avocado Cantina, who will take charge of the cooked courses. 

The event costs $95 per person and begins at 6:30 p.m. in the open-air space at Avocado Grill (125 Datura Street in downtown West Palm Beach). Seating is limited and reservations must be made in advance by contacting Jennifer Martinez at Jennifer@JLMCommunications.net or (561) 301-4998.

Wagyu Ribeye, shiso emulsion, king oyster mushroom, shoyu glazed root vegetables

Tokyo Style Suzuki Nigiri, wasabi, yuzu, sea salt
