
Resource Depot in West Palm Beach will host an array of workshops designed to inspire imagination while promoting sustainability from July to August. From recycled plastics to paper, fabric, metal, and more, the interactive experiences will invite participants of all ages to explore the endless possibilities of upcycled materials.
Junk Lab: Paper Party
From folding to collage and bookmaking, children in kindergarten through fifth grade will reimagine paper waste in colorful, creative ways. This workshop takes place July 16, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Tickets are $20 and are available here.
Studio S.C.R.A.P. – Textiles & Thread Series
Local artist Pamela Tatti will lead participants on a fiber arts journey using donated fabric scraps to braid, stitch, wrap, weave, and stuff imaginative creations. This workshop takes place July 18 and 25, and August 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. Participants must be 17 years old or older. Tickets are $75 and are available here.
Adult GalleRE Workshop: Radical Eco-Theatre
Join Sea Change Collective founders Autumn Kioti Horne and Suzanne Ankrum for a dynamic workshop on creating performance using found objects, physical movement, and unconventional materials. This workshop takes place July 19, from 10 a.m. to noon. Participants must be 16 years old or older. Tickets are $15 and are available here.

GalleRE Performance by Sea Change Collective
Experience an eco-conscious performance art series inside Resource Depot’s GalleRE August 15, 22 and 29, all from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show starts at 6:30 p.m. Advanced registration is suggested and priority seating is given to those who RSVP (click here to RSVP). Admission is a suggested $10 donation at the door.
