Although best known for an exquisite inventory of Japanese A5 Wagyu and other high-quality meats, Palm Beach Meats also hosts an array of special culinary events. This month, the store/restaurant concept off South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach will present two more Sunday Dinner Series events.

Beginning at 7 p.m. on February 19, chef May Aungthet will serve an immersive family-style dinner that honors her Burmese heritage, including dishes such as toeshay (thin rice crepes with potatoes, split peas, and onions) and sanwin makin (semolina coconut cake with salted caramel). Tickets are $90 a person and can be purchased here. The series continues February 26 with Tasha’s Table.

Other special events at Palm Beach Meats include a Dan Ramos biscuit pop-up February 19, two Japanese dinners February 24 and 25, a “The Three Bears” pop-up featuring hot roast beef sandwiches February 25, and a wine and cheese event with cheesemonger Matt Reilly February 27. Palm Beach Meats also offers a fast-casual Wagyu-centric menu seven days a week.
