The Sun(Fest) will rise over West Palm Beach when the beloved music festival returns to its home along the Intracoastal Waterway April 28 to May 1. After being twice postponed due to the pandemic, SunFest will bounce back with renewed energy and a supercharged lineup of 35 national headliners and 13 local performers.
This celebration of music has earned a reputation for satisfying devotees of all genres with its eclectic mix of performers. This year’s main attractions include Sam Hunt, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Black Pumas, Slightly Stoopid, Boyz II Men, Melissa Etheridge, AJR, Flipturn, Lil Wayne, Adam Lambert, and more. In addition, SunFest has partnered with 1909, a nonprofit collective of creators, to highlight Palm Beach County’s vibrant music scene with local participating artists such as American Sigh, Citizen Badger, Indigo Dreamers, Sko Gudiño, and Topless in Tokyo.
Between sets, “sunseekers” can indulge in such SunFestivities as the TGi5K, floating bars, fireworks, tasty bites, local pop-up shops, and a jaunt through the Art District with curated creative offerings by the Armory Art Center. Tickets are $45-$90. Read up on the festival’s full lineup here.
