The cooking series will celebrate the summer harvest.

There’s a lot to love about summer, but the seasonal winding-down of the beloved Swank Table dinner series is always a post-spring bummer. Luckily for Swank enthusiasts, everyone’s favorite local farmers are launching a brand-new series for the month of June.

The Swank Farmhouse Cooking Show will take place in Jodi Swank’s own farmhouse kitchen in the Swanks’ private residence in Loxahatchee. Chef Dean James Max, a respected figure in the culinary world with multiple James Beard nominations for Best Chef, will host; guests can expect an engaging cooking demonstration followed by a three-course meal.

Each dinner celebrates a different aspect of the summer harvest, taking inspiration from a variety of seasonal crops, from tomatoes to corn.

Classes will be offered on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during the month of June, with 12 total dates. Themes and menus vary, but all classes take place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and cost $130 per person. Note that dinners are BYOB and capped at a maximum of 24 guests.
