Matthew N. Turko is a principal in Cummings & Lockwood’s Private Clients Group and is based in the fi rm’s Palm Beach Gardens office. Turko advises his clients on all aspects of federal income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax issues with the goal of minimizing income and transfer taxes and optimizing the transfer of wealth to future generations as well as addressing family concerns as part of the planning process. In addition, he advises clients on all aspects of the probate and trust administration process and assists clients with the implementation of lifetime gifting strategies.
Turko also advises individuals on changing their residency to Florida with a particular emphasis on individuals moving from Connecticut and New York. Turko is licensed to practice law in Florida, Connecticut, and New York.
