Hartington ventured into the world of finance as an investment banker before joining forces with his parents. His professional influence extends to the Couture Retail Advisory Council, where he provides contributions and is a Gemological Institute of America Accredited Jewelry Professional. In 2022, Marissa Collections won the GEM Award for Retail Excellence, recognizing the transformative impact Marissa Collections established in the jewelry retail sector.
